UX / Interaction Designer

I design feedback-driven digital products where interaction, structure, and user behavior are closely connected.

I focus on systems where feedback actively shapes user experience, not just informs it.

Currently focused on interaction design, feedback systems, and product-level thinking.

Feature Project

SUMSO

Designing Feedback for Speaking Confidence

A mobile product designed to reduce speaking hesitation through structured, supportive feedback and continuous interaction loops.

Sumso is an independent product I developed to explore how feedback design can influence user confidence and engagement in language learning.

Problem

Speaking is often the hardest part of language learning. Many learners hesitate not because they lack knowledge, but because feedback feels evaluative and increases pressure.

Goal

Design a feedback-driven interaction system that supports confident speaking and encourages continued practice over time.

My role

I designed the product concept, interaction flow, feedback structure, and interface system, and developed the project from initial concept to a coherent product experience.

Key design decision

Structured feedback over evaluation

Feedback is designed to guide improvement without increasing pressure, shifting from judgment to support.

Key design decision

Interaction as a continuous loop

The experience connects prompt, speech, feedback, and repetition into a loop that encourages ongoing practice.

Key design decision

Progress as motivation

Progress tracking visualizes change over time, helping users understand development rather than focusing on isolated performance.

The system is designed to reduce hesitation and support more consistent speaking behavior through structured feedback.

System thinking

This project focuses on designing a feedback-driven interaction system rather than isolated features.User input, structured feedback, and progress tracking are connected into a continuous loop that supports learning and confidence over time.

Current development

The product is currently being developed toward a more realistic implementation, including data-driven interaction, improved progress logic, and integration with SwiftUI and Firebase.

Key insight

Small changes in feedback tone, timing, and structure had a strong effect on user confidence and willingness to continue. This reinforced my interest in designing systems where feedback shapes both behavior and experience.

About

My background combines design, digital learning, and technology. I am particularly interested in how interaction design influences user behavior, confidence, and long-term engagement.I am particularly interested in how interaction design influences user behavior, confidence, and long-term engagement.
